Ordering Through Our Pack Procurement Officer
Our Procurement Officer order supplies for the Pack and keeps track of the Pack inventory.
During Cub Scout Registration, parents complete the order form and pay for the uniform shirt, cap and belt. Included in the Registration Fee are the Cub Scout handbook, neckerchief and slide. All of these items are collectively ordered from the U.S. by our Procurement Officer in September.
Pack Committee Leaders may order pins, badges, awards, derby and regatta kits through the Procurement Officer. Den Leaders can order and use Den budgets to pay for other official Boy Scouts of America items (such as leather working kits, red BSA patch vests, etc.) through the Procurement Officer.
Den specific items such as stationary and unofficial badges are NOT handled through the Pack Awards & Supplies Coordinator, however Den Leaders may order items themselves utilizing Den budgets.
As items may not be in stock or can take 1-3 weeks to arrive, please order as far in advance as possible. Please note, that we don't have a huge space to keep inventory so we must order as conservatively as possible.
